Ever fall into a digital rabbit hole, only to look up and realize hours have vanished? I built this extension to solve that exact problem without being overly aggressive. It’s a simple, personal timekeeper to help you stay mindful of where your attention is going.
Here’s how it works: the extension automatically tracks the time you spend on each website. Through a simple popup, you can set a daily time limit for any site that tends to steal your focus. Once you’ve gone over your self-imposed “budget” for the day, a polite, non-intrusive, dismissible banner appears at the top of the page. It won’t block you, but it serves as the gentle nudge needed to get back on track.
Managing your stats and rules is a breeze, and most importantly, your privacy is guaranteed. All data is stored locally in your browser, meaning it’s your business and yours alone.
